This is a sadistic, cruel and is no way a form of art and should be classed a a criminal act and the people responsible be prosecuted. This is deviant along with the people who follow such things Your government is responsible for making sure animals are protected and should change your laws accordingly. I will not venture into your country and I will make anyone who has any ideas of travelling there are made aware of your practises..
