My Lot 62 in Meadow Hills, a residential community of approximately 903 acres divided into 70 lots will be directly impacted. As I understand the Envenergy plan turbine placement could be as close to 500 feet to my property line on the ridge.
The property on which the wind farm project is proposed, known locally as the Davis farm, is not zoned for this use and needs to keep its current zoning.
Note that my property is directly affected, but I can’t think of a property in the Meadow Hills community which would not be negatively affected as well.
