No tuition fee for b.arch students during internship

This is daylight robbery. The amount we spend on our course is insanely high. And when we do internship for one year, they ask us to still pay fees which is 45000 - 3,50,000. Don't get me started on the disparity in fees. Why do we have to pay such sum for doing nothing in college? We are not using the college resources, we are not attending college even. We come to college one day in the semester for final viva. So collect that one viva fees, which should be very minimal considering they call one external reviewer. And there are about 100 students. Why make us pay the entire sum? This should really end.

In my case it was in 5th year..and the whole year was internship period and I still had to pay a fee of about 1.4lakhs

Yeah, it's greed that makes them ask us pay for nothing. After all, our parents earn by hard-work and not by stealing.
It's our money that you illicitly put into your pockets. So we don't have to pay the money if it has to be justice.
