subdivision style development would conflict with the rural and agricultural nature of Priory Road. Current infrastructure would not support subdivision style development on Priory Road. The town, county and uwec already seem to ignore the additional pressures placed upon priory rd. I'm not see any upside whatsoever

I have submitted my email to the TOW, and would like to see data and specifics on why this zoning change should be approved.

One of the draws to living outside the city limits is the open spaces and large lot sizes. High population density is not always a "progressive" change and benefit.

This land is within a mile of the UWEC Priory campus which expanded 4 years ago. UWEC moved their daycare and a dorm to this space which has dramatically increased the area traffic, water and septic demand in this region. I honestly do not believe we can safely support 31 new houses and their cars in this hilly rural area.

We moved out to an existing house in this neighborhood for the nature and wildlife and privacy. We have already seen a HUGE increase in traffic with the Priory opening as well as many houses having been built on Williams Drive. Walking a stroller with my small children and dog has become very dangerous with the traffic. It is my right to be able to walk my neighborhoods and I will continue to do so!! I strongly disagree with this development plan. I love our nature and a development this size would affect that greatly. I would consider moving if this development plan goes through. And I know a lot of my neighbors would probably consider it too!

not only is this a potential ground water problem ,traffic problem it is also out of character with the surrounding developments.

the rural road can not handle the proposed subdivision and would result in increase accidents and fatalities. I am against the changes and wondering why there is an exception in this case.
