NO to Zipline in Lynwood

The Pleasant Beach area is residential and quiet, not a tourist "carnival" like atmosphere. Far better that a Zipline venue be established in the Suquamish area.

A terrible idea for the Island. Not consistent at all with the ambience of where we all live.

This is not right for the neighborhood. We don't want to live in a tourist trap.

I do not support this project on Bainbridge Island, especially not for the many residents in the Lynwood area.

The Lynnwood area parking is already a problem. Zip lining would further complicate this problem. The community/environment in this area would be impacted in a negative way.

Not sure it is the best thing for the environment and adding that many people using sewer in that area!

This is a residential area and a zipline business is totally inappropriate to the character of the community. There is insufficient parking & traffic mitigation. An infringement on residential properties & wildlife. It must not be approved. A truly TERRIBLE IDEA. Anne Hopkins

I am against the proposed zip line. It is inconsistent with what the neighborhood service centers are supposed to offer the residents on Bainbridge Island. I feel this will just be a tourist attraction that will not add to the neighborhood. The additional cars and noise will definitely be a negative for the quality of life for neighbors along Pleasant Beach. I'm concerned about the impact on native flora and fauna in addition to the detrimental impact on nearby residential neighborhoods.

Is a zip line really so well understood that it needs no environmental review? This isn't s simple trail, it's a totally new product in a struggling development.

Since when was COBI staff allowed to be the sole judge/jury of a Major Project?!!!

This project will NOT enhance the quality of life in Lynwood Center or Bainbridge Island.! The heights alone are way over the limits allowed and it will have a huge impact in terms of noise and loss of privacy to those of us who call this area home! Please stop this inappropriate proposal!

No to zipline; this commercial entity does not belong in this quiet, peaceful and quaint residential neighborhood. City planners, please use common sense and stop this zipline from moving forward.

Lynwood is already congested in summer. This tourist activity is too much for this residential area. Plus they want to rent kayaks and bicycles. Kayaks where? Pleasant beach? Too small for that. And bike lanes are not adequate as is to support additional traffic from bike rentals

I don't want to hear screaming zipliners all the time. I enjoy the peace and quiet of our community.

No ziplines at Pleasant Beach! There is already way too much present and planned development in this area. It is presently way too dangerous walking in the area with no side walks and even no shoulders on Baker Hill Road. Children that walk to and from Blakely School, people walking to Lynnwood center and bicyclists will be put in ever more danger with increased traffic. When I take walks in my neighborhood, I don't want to hear the constant screaming from people using FIVE zip lines running down Baker Hill. Stop this bad proposal! Keep the neighborhood peace and quiet!

Zipline definately doesn't belong here on the South End. We are trying to hang on to what is left of our quiet residential neighborhood.
