Perhaps the description can be changed. As of 12/28/2016 the average lot size is 10,400 sq. ft. and the minimum lot size is 10,000 sq. ft. There are a few interior lots that are larger. Also, they are asking for 108 homes which is still twice the number of homes had they stayed with the R-30 zoning.

Please leave the zoning as is. Traffic is a big issue in this area. Increasing the population by dividing the land into smaller parcels, will make a bad situation, worse.

Smart growth, please. Stick to the plan and think of taxpayers who moved here for how it is, not for how a greedy developer sees it.

Please deny this and any West Cobb rezoning. It really is ridiculous how out of control this is. Infrastructure hasn't changed enough to warrant the changes --- leave them as is! Not impressed by the commissioners.

There is so much traffice in this area already. We do not need more.

Traffic is already so congested in this area. Please don't cram more houses into our community.

We moved to West Cobb because we did not want to live in the congestion of East Cobb. Please find another way other than new properties for additional taxes to finance the new Braves stadium. Generating new properties has a major impact on the entire infrastructure which far surpasses any benefit of additional taxes to help pay for the new stadium.

Please leave zoning as is: R-30 Traffic is unbearable. We expect our Commissioners to uphold existing zoning.

Commissioner Weatherford - please keep this at R-30. It's not worth it, to put more houses in there.

We don't need the additional traffic. Please stop trying to build when there are plenty of homes for sale in existing neighborhoods.

No more subdivisions in this area. We are too crowded already. Traffic is terrible.

I am STRONGLY against changes in zoning! We moved to this area to get AWAY from wall to wall houses. Please consider the residents that have been here for decades.
