totally wrong spot, would lead to too much disruption and prime habitat loss for migrating birds. Well field for me every day. Also change the design of the building more inkeeping to the surrounding building. This is to be a practical building not something where an architect can express there self with excessive design

The site selected for the VC is one of the best areas remaining on the peninsular where migrating birds can feed and rest up. The construction of a VC in this location would totaly destroy that habitat and certainly not in the interest of birds and wildlife the YWT is there to protect.

YWT has owned other buildings on site for several years - why not develop these using sustainable materials/imaginative architect? The proposed new VC is all about making money but little else....

I visit Spurn on a regular basis and this visitor centre is totally wrong the chosen site in what is locally known as the triangle is one of the main sites for spring and autumn migrating birds

Spent lots of my childhood here. I still go back every now and again and it's still wild and still feels at the edge of the world. Please reconsider these plans

The reason so many people love Spurn is precisely because it DOESN'T have a visitor centre like this one being proposed
