XU should not sell any part of the main campus under any circumstances. Expand, yes. Use part of Manresa to expand its campus, yes. Sell part of Manresa to raise mone for expansion, yes. But NO to selling the campus!!!

I don’t agree with the sale. It shld be kept...if need more space, can acquire additional campus to relocate i.e. College of Law, College of Medicine in another location. AdMU has its Law School in Rockwell Makati whereas main campus remains in Katipunan Rd. XU In DV Soria is a landmark institutiin, old buildings are protected edifices. It wld be a disgrace to the land donors, to the Jesuits i.e. Lucas, Haggerty who invested blood, sweat & tears who put the buildings up during wartime.
