Putting up this many houses in a very crowded part of the village shouldn't even be on the cards. The chosen location isn't safe also as it's on a blind bend and in my opinion building anywhere near Park Road should be instantly vetoed.

Disgusted by the growth of this village. Traffic increased dramatically already. Not enough shops, not enough doctors! Work in local school and the school doesn't have the land to grow so means squeezing more children into existing buildings.

Wrong place, wrong size. The location of this planned development is inappropriate and requires a very dangerous new road junction. Westoning can't grow by more than 2% without significant infrastructure investment.

The local schools and doctors are already struggling to cope with the amount of people in the area. Flitwick and Ampthill have expanded putting strain on the local facilities.
Westoning is heavily congested in the mornings and evenings, building more houses will make this worse.
Keep Westoning as the lovely village it is. We don't need a new village hall or football pitches and Westoning school has no way of expanding.

Increasing the amount of housing by 10% is really not achievable in terms of utilities within the village. The school would not be able to take that many children. The traffic would be ridiculous- it currently already is a nightmare. The proposal is on green belt land at the edge of the village. We are lucky to have beautiful bats, birds, hedgehogs, heron's and many other wildlife within this land. The pathway leading to the village is very dangerous as it is so thin. I dread to think of all the children having to walk on it. The land is in flood zones 2 & 3. It does flood every year to the point that those sections of the field cannot be used. Access to the private road in front of the land would be questionable let alone how you could stop many people driving down it to take a short cut in the traffic. The noise of 82 houses would of course be rather more than just wildlife. Also Manor Close's water and sewage pipes run under the proposed development. How could local doctors surgeries support these extra house holds when it is a struggle to get an appointment as it is? The development also offers nothing for the village which itself suggests that the village and its integrity its of no importance to the developers only money.

We need a larger school, better gp facilities, safer roads better transport links if the village is to get any bigger. Plus this is greenbelt land and we shoukd protect t wildlife that it houses

The land proposed for development is green belt and a flood plain. The infrastructure in the village and surrounding villages is inadequate for an influx of possible 160 adults and possible 200 children. The school is at capacity and cannot expand. The entrance to the proposed development will become a congested junction at a dangerous bend. Which will quickly become an accident hotspot. In addition to the effect that this will have on existing traffic problems heading east and west. There are more suitable idenfied sites which are not green belt and do not pose risks to the general population of the village,
