The wrong project for the wrong space at the wrong time. Complete the long-promised Senior Center and focus on resolving other issues facing the city (budget, storm water). If the city must build something, then cooperate with Newcastle and build a bridge over the Canadian west of town. That would ease traffic on I-35 and likely see some sales tax increases for Norman.

This project does not merit a TIF. If it is successful as it is projected to be by those proposing it, then it does not need this assistance and rather should contribute to the city.

End the UNP TIF! No UNP Arena. Please let's preserve and invest in existing areas. Fill the empty retail and restaurant space.

It is reckless and obscene to divert $100 million dollars of public funds to this illogical private scheme. I love Norman too much to let this happen.

Ward 7 - Follow Anthony Francisco's advice & Pay Off the current TIF - ASAP.
__Get our $4.2 million tax $s put back into general fund,
__Stop paying $1.4 million to service the current TIF debt.
__Do NOT give OU Foundation $102,500,000 to start UNP TIF2.

I echo the concerns detailed here. I am opposed to the arena.
