Women are truly bring discriminated when it's comes to management positions.. It's not something to be made fun of.. But rather be acted upon.. The advert is rather chauvinistic.

This not a small, over-sensitive, whinging minority complaining or not getting a 'joke', this is about articulate, progressive Namibians having the courage to call out unacceptable behaviour. This is the future. TRUSTCO would do well to dialogue with these bright young Namibians and to prioritise gender training for Board, management and staff.
