We recently moved to Olhao, and are appalled at the proposed re-development. It is imperative that everyone who cares about Olhao lobbies the authorities to reject these plans.

The old town in Olhao is unquie and one of my favourite places in Europe. The changes proposed will destroy that and it while never be possible to go back

Please don't change Olhao!! It is easy to undervalue what is on our doorstep... but to us it is a haven of peace, history and fishing! We enjoy being part of the community. Please renovate, restore, don't destroy!!

It is with horror that I hear there is a plan to modernise Olhao. Olhao is one of my favourite destinations in the world because of its simplicity and natural charm. Why change a place that is so beautiful and turn it into just another seaside destination.? Please leave Olhao alone. You cannot improve it, it is already a paradise. These plans need to be changed because, as they stand, they are destroying the things that need to be protected. Once the history of a place like Olhao is destroyed it is gone forever and is lost to all of us who love Olhao and it is also lost to future generation ns

Retain the unique architecture and restore the wonderful old buildings in Olhao.
'NO' to high-rise buildings and destruction of cobbled streets.
