Depriving students from pursuing their education is not a reasonable decision. It's like impeding water from falling down the mountain with a big black rock. It might seem a good decision, but eventually the water will find it's way and the impediments will be attenuated.

It's not fair, students are the most welcome people, they don't do anything wrong they just want to be professional and expert in their fields, especially those who are coming from the most competitive and highly motivated atmosphere of some splendid and well known university around the world.
