I can't imagine why the city gave permission to build a strip club so closely to the family community of 500 houses. As a resident of the city, I am outrageous and offended by the total lack of social responsibility towards its people.

I live in the Addison subdivision. This is not the kind of place I want close the neighborhood where I plan to raise a family!!!!

I have nothing against strip clubs but this is a terrible place to put one. There are too many family oriented communities around with more being built. Put it somewhere else.

I’ve just moved to Austin from Dallas and picked this area as I was told it was going to be an upcoming family community. I was told that over the next few years this was going to be the area to live in as we continue to add restaurants, retail, schools and hike and bike trails. Never was having sexually oriented businesses mentioned. Once the building in Addison Community has been completed we will have over 600 single family homes. Why in the world would we want to allow this type of establishment to open so near our homes? I’ve seen what having these types of businesses can do to a community before and that’s not what I signed up for. Please do not allow this permit to be approved. We want an area that is wholesome and family oriented, not this trash for our children to see on a daily basis.

A strip club does NOT belong so close to our homes. Please do not give a permit to a business that will bring illegal activity and intoxicated drivers to an area that is slated to be a diverse area of homes and traditional businesses.
