A strip club does not belong in an area seeing so much residential growth. Also, the onion creek greenway is a Travis County Park that is supposedly going to become a public trailhead in the near future. This is less than 1000 ft from the strip club and should not be allowed. We don’t need drunk and disorderly conduct at our future parks.

Good grief NO! We already have one close enough to affect the property values, and another not much further the other direction. No neighborhood needs 3 strip clubs so close to one another, nor do they need to suffer the reputation such an area will suffer. And we definitely don't need the combined hit to our home values that reputation will include. This is the fastest growing residential area in Austin and we need to ensure it doesn't become slummy. What we need are a nearby, quality grocery store, a pharmacy, an inexpensive gas station, a gym...

This is bad for a growing community of family neighborhoods in many different ways. The southeast east area is the next area for new Home developments and we are all hoping our property values increase. Another one of these businesses is not desirable and would hope the permit is not awarded.
