This town is just not appropriate for Ninjas. I am ok with Ninjas, I just don't think they should be in our town. No to Ninja Nation or any new building in our small neighborhood.

I don't mind building a 3-story hotel but I don't think it should be within 3 miles of any school, it shouldn't be within 2 miles of any residence, it shouldn't be within 1 mile of any freeway I drive on, it shouldn't be within 1 mile of any restaurant I attend. It should be 1 mile from any old-folks home. It also shouldn't be within 2 miles of any public park. But other than that, I am totally open to it, it just has to be in the right spot that is appropriate.

I heard about the Ninja camp going in at Deer Valley Rd! No WAY! No ninjas in my neighborhood.

@Judy, They could totally see me when I go for my Bikini Wax at my favorite place Polka Dot Bikini Wax. This is a small town community and would rather have more waxing places.

Building a hotel at 7300 W. Camino San Xavier will violate our neighborhood PRIVACY. Aso you can see from google maps this hotel will be surrounded by Michaels, Polka Dot Bikini Wax, the IRS building, and Abloom Med Spa. I know that there are no homes within viewing distance of this hotel but how do we know that these hotel guests won’t get XRAY vision after they do their drugs? It could happen.

The location of this Hotel is not suitable for this area. It is too close to a School and neighbors who would lose their privacy.

I did some snooping on the StayApt website franchise page (google it to find it) "Purpose-built for broad appeal to traveling professionals, project-based workers seeking greater mobility" UGH Traveling professionals. Professionals are ALWAYS doing drugs. Imagine our neighborhoods filled with traveling professionals ON FOOT just wandering around up to no good. Get out of here traveling professionals. Not in my neighborhood.

We must stand together and block Ninja Nation indoor gym that is a business that is trying to move into a spot at 67th and Deer Valley. This does not fit the character of our neighborhood. Ninjas come from Japan which is known for having wooden pagodas, bamboo forests, red lanterns. It does not fit the character of our neighborhood which is known for stucco, tile roofs, and bikini waxing (Polka Dot Bikini Wax is my favorite place to get waxed). We must block Ninja Nation indoor gym because it doesn’t fit the character of our neighborhood.

We stayed there while waiting to close on our home. This is a great quite cozy place away from home. If you are are in the area and looking for somewhere to lay your head down for a few nights I would recommend this stay. Everyone was friendly and approachable." This is definitely the type of person we want to keep out of our community! Homeowners... Yuck!

I looked up TripAdvisor reviews for a StayApt in Raleigh-Durham/RTP and it tells you ALOT about the type of people staying at these places. You can google it yourself but here is one review I thought was very relevant: "StayAPT Suites provide my family the comfort that we needed this summer. "waiting to close on our home" HOMEOWNERS are always doing drugs. They are probably moving into a DRUG HOME! UGH! Also "great quite cozy place away from home" It was probably cozy because there were so many drugs and they were used to that. Also "Everyone was friendly and approachable" The staff is probably approachable if you are looking to buy DRUGS. UGH we obviously have to stop this based on reviews like that.
