Also on painting demands, please allow more than 14 days in winter months when exterior paint cannot be applied in rain or temperatures below 55 degrees.

That’s why I’m selling my house. This ASSOC are control freaks and it’s all about GREED N money.

Thank you for your efforts towards protecting our rights. We are homeowners, not renters!

Board members must mind other stuff instead of looking into our homes.

It's absolutely an abuse of position to make new rules based on personal feelings. Using the HOA as a hammer to get a neighbor not to have backyard furniture that a board member dislikes- not ok

HOA has no business deciding what we do in our backyards. Definite conflict of interest on the VP of the board's part.

I do not agree with the hoa telling us homeowners what decor we can have in our backyard.

This is an inappropriate action. No need to dictate what’s happening in back yards. The HOA board member who is being this up for an action should be removed for abuse of power.

The HOA can't even keep to their budget, they can stay out of our backyards.

This is unacceptable. Backyards are a place to have decor that is unique while presenting a perfect Dave from the front. These guidelines are too ambiguous and can be abused.

The HOA Board needs to do what it actually ought to do; leave people the hell alone, other than extremely egregious instances where a home has fallen into total disrepair and is truly an eyesore. Thus far, the Board, and its hired representative Samantha Oldham, seems to only excel at making mountains out of molehills.

I am supportive of monitoring trash in front yards, broken down vehicles etc. but I am not supportive of being told how I can decorate my yards. Yes we want a clean neighborhood but we are still a community that is made up of amazing individuals that express themselves in various ways.

The HOA has NO Business deciding what we can and cannot have in our backyards. This is a complete overreach. I for one also am irritated that the Vice President of the Board is the one who initiated this action. His actions are inappropriate and warrant his removal from the board!
