Quality of the houses will not be comparable and compatible to the houses in the surrounding area. Density is too high and will be problematic with the quality of existing infrastructure; road, water, storm water drainage as well as schools

The reason most of the Ashley residents moved to our beautiful location was to get away from lower/mid level homes. Now, we are being threatened with the very scenario that brought us here in the first place. The way the Supervisers vote will directly impact the way the prominent members of Botetourt vote next election. We need the support of the county and they need us. There are plenty of more underdeveloped locations in Botetourt county where a Supervisor could easily spin this into a win for their section of responsibility.

The existing infrastructure does not support the proposed density.
