Justin Trudeau and the Liberal government is planning to repeal
Bill C-42. Bill C-42 has given legal firearms owners more trust, trust we have
earned and deserve. Criminals do not register there firearms, criminals do not
buy there firearms from a store. We are legal firearms owners, we are also
Canadians, we ask that the Liberal government trusts us as Canadians and law abiding
citizens and does not repeal Bill C-42.

Canada is the second largest country in the world. Most of Canada is rural or wilderness. Those of us who live in MOST of Canada use firearms as a necessary tool, just as a chainsaw or snowshoes are useful when needed. If your problem is in the cities, make the laws for the CITIES. (check your guns at the town line)
Why not allow changes made ,by the conservatives, to have time to be in effect for a period of time. It is the only way to measure their effectiveness or lack thereof.
No other minority group is subject to such blantant discrimination as law abiding firearm owners in this country!
Mr. Trudeau you have stated you would write policy based on real evidence not based on fear, here is your chance.
Im sick of law abiding firearms owners being harassed and treated like criminals just because we own firearms!! Criminals do not follow gun laws! Why is that hard for people to understand!!??
We do not even have stats on how C42 has effected us over a ten year time frame. keep it going!

Please DO NOT REPEAL Bill C-42. It IS a COMMON SENSE Bill although it does not go far enough but is a Good Start. Us legal Gun Owners are NOT the Problem.If you were to go after the Illegal Gun Owners with as much Vigour as You have persecuted Legal Owners with, many of the Law Breakers would be in jail.
