It will cause havoc to thr biodiversity. There are so many birds, bats and other creatures living herr. The current building is not maintained as it is. sort that out verity causing noise disruption and loss of species

this landlord is irresponIble; the ledging to Central Ave is hardly ever cut, forcing pedestrians to walk in the road on what is a dangerous corner. More flats & cars will increase the risk to the generl public.

This is the third time the owner of No 1 has tried this... if it went ahead it would completely destroy the last of the larger buildings in the area [all the other ones are now blocks of flats which is partly why they introduced a conservation area]. This plan seriously threatens the trees and the wildlife they support which is the heart of this lovely area. Pure garden grabbing... and extra cars too.

Concerned about preservation of conservation aspects of this goes ahead. It appears to contravene many of the original requirements of the conservation law.

Another attempt at inappropriate overdevelopment of that site that would be detrimental to the site and the conservation area.

Once again developers are attempting to threaten the character of Rushford Park Conservation Area with planning applications for inappropriate building projects. Please add your name to the list which will be submitted to the City Council
