The proposed zoning change and business is in direct contravention to our neighborhoods well being. Another more appropriate business should be considered.

I live at 1170 S Eaton Circle. Don't want more disruption at the already busy intersection, which will now be a round-a-bout. And, more trash from visitors and loitering and potential theft. No thank you.

1910 Baldwin Park Rd, 919-749-5591. No to a 24-7 gas station in high density neighborhoods. No amount of Tree screening will resolve multiple concerns.
