We the undersigned, oppose Z-114 (2016) proposed 108 home Open Space Community on the 67.7 acres on the corner of Bob Fleming Rd and Dallas Hwy.

Per Staff Analysis, 72 homes could be built, which the undersigned could support on lots that are situated to the Intent of the OSC code with no variances to rear or side setbacks. Minimum lot sizes of 15,000 sq. ft. is compatible with Madison Woods subdivision.

Due West Elementary and Lost Mtn. Middle School are over capacity and Harrison High School has a parking issue even though not at capacity.

We request that the Board of Commissioners follow the OSC Code without variances and allow the land to be developed with a maximum 72 units as recommended by Staff.
