As many of the suffolk residents know Nowton park is one of our FREE parks in bury st edmunds, it has a fab play area for children and nice walks. This park has been free to park for as long as i remember, until now.. Since the council decided to build the new "cafe" and toilets they are now also going to be charging £2 per visit to park your car, Double yellow lines have been painted all outside the park to prevent parking outside also. Please sign this petition so i can forward this on to the council and the local newspaper in the hope that we can make a difference and keep our park free
