Mega anything does not belong on Siesta Key. We don't want to be a Miami, Myrtle Beach or Hilton Head.

This is a terrible idea and I hope that our commissioners, unlike our Chamber, have the cojones to stand up to Gary and his legal team, and make him accept the comprehensive plan underwhich he purchased his property.

I vote no on high rise, mega condo/hotels in Siesta Key. You will ruin the beauty of the area; the charm, the laid back atmosphere. Dont ruin a perfect thing !

The density and intensity limit on Siesta Key is sacred and should be vigorously defended from this assault by Gary K,, a principal of the developer cabal which controls Sarasota County politics. The full weight of Siesta Key's clout should come down on the County Commission and it should be led by the Siesta Key Association, which in recent years has been all too timid when it comes to developers, in part because of the influence of cabal henchman Bob Waechter. The Siesta Key Condominium Council could also be engaged in this, due not only to the increased traffic but also to the competition large hotel would present to all of the transient rental lcondominiums.

My family has been coming to Siesta Key for 31 years for vacations. What makes it so special from all other beaches in Florida, no big hotels, it will take the beauty and charm if you allow this.

No parking at the beach, bumper to bumper traffic across the key, and we need higher density and intensity???? Please just say NO.

We bought a home here 13 years ago because of the quaint charm & beauty found here on Siesta Key. Please don't build up the key with high rise complexes. Please don't make us regret our purchase.

The density and intensity limits are there for good reason. They should be respected.

Please do not develop another hotel in Siesta Key. Haven't we learned that over developing only destroys both nature and individual characteristics. This is what sets Siesta Key apart from so many other over-zoned, overpopulated areas of Florida.
NO to massive hotels!
