I just retired after 47 years in the transportation and logistics industry. The environmental issues that ultimately will harm Grand Island will happen if this truck stop is allowed. I've been involved in spill containment and cleanup several times. The loss and cost is just not worth it.

We don't need anything that is this large that probably only last a short term time and be a eye sore to our beautiful island.

I live on Bush Road and believe the proposed truck stop would be terrible for the Island. It would create diesal fumes and tarnish the semi-rural atmosphere and green space we all enjoy on GI. It would make GI a less desired place to live. It would hurt our property values. Who wants to live around an ugly truck stop? Would it bring crime? We should do everything we can to stop it. I have “no love for Love’s!”

Grand Island is no place for a facility like this. Will completely change the nature of that part of the island and add to air pollution, garbage blowing around, nasty run off and many other unwanted activities.

NO to the Truck stop on GI! We don't need the additional traffic, pollution and safety. Leave the green space on GI.

I absolutely see NO value in ruining the ecosystem for a rest area that will add pollution and traffic to our small community

Stop this idea dead in its tracks. GI needs to continue to strive to keep open land, preserves and natural habitats in abundance.

Absolutely not! The harmful effects of diesel exhaust/fumes has been highly reasearched. First the air quality was impaired by the Tonawanda Coke plant, then the congestion at the bridge tolls...now a flipping truck stop!! Nope, nada, never!!

I don’t believe this proposed truck stop can or will benefit any of GI’s population or property values and may actually hurt said values‼️

I have family on the island and grew up riding my bike on it. This truck stop will destroy its peace.
No. No. No. No love for Love's
