They were charging me for my motorcycle - had to fight to have charges reversed - not all were reversed. They can't manage their data. The toll lanes are jammed. The toll lanes are an accident factory.

I drive this road from Kirkland to kent renton area. when it is drier it is on my motorcycle I.have the passes. had to deal with the charges took 2 hours to take care of it at the office did not take sent email got charges removed that way . have not used the lanes sence don't trust system this system is dangers gives fooks roadrage needs to be 1 shared toll hov no merg in the of the roadway and 2 person carpool look at i5 when it was 3 it went to 2 person look at 167 took out 2 white lines that road way got better I work construction roadways satdiums can not find1 let alone 3 traveling at th same times toll roads do not work here needs to be pay by mile1 that is the only fair way gas tax is not fair some folks can not a ford a newer gas milage car or truck. get rid of toll and or change this system a lot it is not working just backs it up in different areas.if the persons that change or make the rules do not use these roads on coumtte times they should not be on the panel.

The toll is extortion and the WSDOT is going against their charter of providing transportation alternatives. They are not a money generation entity and their funds come from the legislature via an oppressive gas tax. Stop this tolling!!

I am disappointed in WSDOT and their handling of the toll lanes. Having fees change depending on traffic volumes after they pull one of the lanes causing the congestion is nothing short of extortion. Having a three person carpool lane is one thing. Charging people meeting the requirement because they don't have good to go pass because they aren't available is extortion. Then tacking on another $2 to the fee because you have to pay the fee by mail. I want to know if the DOT's mission statement is to extort as much money from the taxpayers by making their commute as miserable as possible. I am so very disappointed in their handling of traffic in the area. How about we get some forward thinking people in there to solve the traffic problems instead of making them worse. And keep your hands out of my pocket which seems to be their solution to everything. It's not sustainable.

Who was the mental midget that designed this mess!! The entry and exit points all but stop the main line lanes due to all the last minute lane changes. Then I understand we farmed out the toll price changes to a out of state Co. Good job. D.O.T.

I already pay taxes and license fees to support the road system. This is just a way to get to all toll road system and still collect highway taxes that just went up in april. This state is going down hill and I cant wait to retire and leave in a couple years.

What a MESS WSDOT has created. Doubled my commute time to a job that is barely paying the bills. May as well stay at home and collect welfare then to pay the additional amount in childcare costs alone.
