WA State doesn't know how to manage their budgets, but spending the money grab tolls from us is clearly wrong! Repeal the Express Toll Lanes!

I paid $9:00 last week to drive in the toll lane from Bothell to Bellevue for the privilege of sitting in traffic going slower than the non-toll lanes. It's a rip off and taxation without representation!

WSDOT won't even do an trade-in/upgrade from the Good-To-Go pass for the bridges; have to dish out $30 for a new "flexpass" and throw the other one away. Stupid.

tolling 405 has caused terrible backups and ruined the environmentally friendly carpool lane system we had in place for years - who can carpool with 3 people? Also, should not be a $30 prepaid account when I don't ever plan on using the lanes when I would be charged

If they want to toll I-405, they need to rename it WA-405 because interstates are NOT supposed to be tolled! This is a waste and the worst idea since the WA-99 tunnel!

WSDOT - the land of absolutely no accountability for terrible decisions. Director glibly explains how this is an improvement and that people will get used to it. Brought to you by the same people who designed faulty pontoons for 520, tunnels that don't get dug, and listing ferries with mechanical and electronic systems that don't work.
