NO to I-405 TOLL LANES

I commute from Snohomish to Renton. It's taking me on average 30 mins longer in commute. Worse evening took me 2.5 hours.

This toll lane has made travel nightmare. I can't really use 405 North anymore and have reverted to inner roads which is also getting worse as many more motorists are doing the same.

The I405 toll lanes as an idiotic plan and burden on everyone.

We already paid for these roads with one of the highest gas taxes in the country.

I might support a toll where 90% of the tolls didn't go to a texas company to administrate the system

A law was passed in 2008 to allow ALL roads in Wa state to be made into toll roads. Their plan is to get us off the roads. Watch out!

I pay enough taxes, that toll is stupid and dangerous, especially with drivers merging back onto regular lanes... whoever thought this was a good idea?

They have stolen lanes and charge for their use. I have a pass and think this is evil. My commute is slowed by an hour unless I pay a phony fee. Time is important as im a student.

This needs to go away

This new toll is on an interstate that is already paid for and has only proven to make traffic and pollution worse. A very poor move.

Find other, more creative ways to raise income instead of charging us extra for things we already pay for.

I drive from Yakima to visit family in Bothell on average every 6 weeks. My first experience was travel for Thanksgiving during Wednesday rush hour. As an out of town visitor, I was thoroughly confused about the rules and restrictions, entry points, and even which pass that would make use legal or efficient. Having made the trip several times now, it just seems general purpose lanes are much slower now, near collisions more frequent, and the cost to high to justify using the express lanes. When visiting I always have my kids or partner, but still can't justify the up front cost of registering and paying the pricey deposit to use as carpool lanes.

Lanes do nothing to improve traffic, it is all about extracting money and creativing privileges to corporations and the wealthy. Bad idea

retrun to the HOV car pool model. It gives us all access to the lanes, regardless of our financial standing. People take back the roads you have been paying for. Furhtermore, my experience on 405 is that the system is not reducing congestion anymore than before, and may be exacerbating at critical times. funneling 75% of revenues to just maintain the system is clearly lunacy. The governor ned sto weigh in here.

End all toll roads.

This is just a money grab and just creates more congestion than ever!.

This is crazy and a money grab. At the very least allow 2 people to drive in the hov lanes.

Eliminate the tolls on 405, return it to a one lane 2 person carpool

In my opinion, the toll lanes (any toll laner) are heinous. we already payed for the freeway. Note the word FREE!!!

I do not like the toll lanes. They further class consciousness and are unfair to the working people of Washington that cannot afford to pay extra. Our taxes already pay for the highway,
