Please reconsider. We need LESS congestion; not more. Opening up this lane to all would do so much to make our freeway more usable.

We (us middle class slugs) either approve taxes to keep it egalitarian or we give it all to the one percent, like this. Any legislator who voted for this should go down, even though we, and the media, weren't paying attention, at the time.

We are not rich and we do not work for a large company that can pay for our tolls. As a result, this is a hardship for our middle class family. Shame on you. This was totally unnecessary.
