1. HR392 is not a consensus bill
2. Bill is brainchild of convoluted brain of people like Aman Kapoor and Nikhil who are bigots and known for their racists views
3. I see only Indian propaganda in favor of HR392 which is a cause for worry because it harms diversity

Looks like most of the people are very very concerned about diversity in this country. Understand one thing, this is not a diversity visa, this is for employment based on high skill. This will be fair to all nationals. So cool down people and use your brains.

Trump's arbitrary and ill-thought out, immigration policy needs to be taken back to the drawing board. If the Republican party insists on carrying out this xenophobia, then we will need some "attitude adjustment" in November.

HR392 destroys the diversity at workplaces. Lack of diversity at work places not only does drastically affect the internationals from ROW and Americans as well but also compromise businesses and may jeopardize national security.
Furthermore, HR392 compromises the chance of highly educated engineers/scientists to get a green card. A doctoral student spends 5-7 years on his/her program. Scholars may not afford 10 extra years waiting in green card line.
