Locate this type if school in an area that is commercial. Access just off C-470. How about the strip mall area Quebec and C470, there are many sites open near closed Safeway. Or the vacant Sports Authority.

The way the District has approached this process is very suspect and does not covey the fact they want to be good neighbors of Heritage Hills or the surrounding Lone Tree businesses.
