First and for most, no no no, Siesta Key needs to preserve any charm it has left, do not let Gary turn it into his vision of a garish beach town!!

I own property on siesta key 6300 Midnight Pass Rd (Villa #4). I support the petition and anything that could change the current appeal of Siesta Key Beach. (No Hotels Please),

I'd be totally for the proposed build "if" it were to code. It's not right for the developers to try to change any regulations that were in place when they purchased the property.

As a Siesta Key resident I am opposed to any changes that would add more traffic to the island. I am against the proposed height and number of rooms that the developers want to change .

Totally against overcrowding Siesta Key. The roads and infrastructure can't handle it.

Less density from bungalow tear-downs becoming 20 bed rentals as well

Keep the height restrictions as is. We moved to the West Coast of Florida because it wasn’t overdeveloped. It is beginning to be a mirror image of the East Coast of Florida, taking away the preservation of density and natural environment.

Why is it the very thing that attracts people to a special place like Siesta Key is the the very thing they ultimately destroy? Please don’t let that happen.

Stop this madness! We need to keep Siesta Key looking more like "Old Florida" than Fort Lauderdale. Keep density low, keep building heights low, keep the wonderful ambiance we now have!!!

No no no no no. Let’s keep life simple. I grew up here and lived in Midnight Pass Rd. I let a happy sigh escape as I cross either of the bridges to Siesta Key. Let’s not lose what we have.
