The charm & beauty of Siesta Key is it’s small town feel. There are already plenty of property rental options available there. These mega hotels will congest that area to such a degree that it would be a deterrent to locals and a headache for tourists! NO MEGA HOTELS ON SIESTA KEY!

My property on SK has been in our family since 1972. SK should not be used for any hi rise. Let them be built on the mainland & keep SK novel. Thanks.

This MUST Be Stopped! We already have a traffic issue in the winter months trying to get on & off Siesta. As a property owner, This simply is a Horrible Thing to allow!

I am opposed to this type of change in ordinance. Siesta Key is exactly what it should be and tall buildings will ruin its ambiance.

Over population of the area will not help this area. It is what it is because of the lower population.

Seista Key does NOT need hotel chains ruining the beach, view, and environment.

If you have any concern for the quality of life here in our community, you will refuse to allow this. What about putting a little bit more into our infrastructure so we stopped having all these sewage spills?

My family has been coming to Siesta Key, from Kentucky, since 1976. We love it as it is!!! If this passes, we will not be back!! It will loose everything that we hold so special!! Please do not let this happen!!!
