I beg you not to build mega hotels on Siesta Key. The traffic and crowds are already a problem, I can’t imagine what adding more tourists to the area would do.

We relied on zoning regulations in place when we purchased our home 30 years ago. The hotel at Beach Road will cause us to lose sunrise forever, will impact access, safety, privacy and stability of our homes.

This Should not even be considered. There is already a traffic problem on the key. Do NOT add to the Problem! Our Family Has owned property on the Key since 1973. Leave Siesta Key alone! People have always come here for it's quaint village atmosphere. Preserve the small amount of Village life that is still there. Get a Grip People, There is NO Place for more Flushing Toilets to drain!

I’ve lived here 37 years and the traffic and gridlock are already awful. Siesta Key can not take any more high density buildings of any kind. We need toll booths or paid parking too to get things under control.
