This is Ridiculous!! Within 10 miles there are 12 tpyes of dollar stores. If they have to put one somewhere put it on Hwy 34 buy the Sam's and the NRC movie theater. Its cleared already!!There is a very large high school less than half a mile and a elementary school. This is still an undeveloped area my husband and I DO NOT WANT THIS STORE OR ANY OTHER AT THlS CORNER. There is NO NEED for it.

There's one just 2 miles from your projected build site. Too many low end stores that are NOT needed or wanted.

Mr. Brooks. No to the proposed Dollar general store at Fisher and Raymond hill. This is our community. Our families chose this area due to the rural quiet nature of the county. We have strong schools and a strong bedroom community with multiple home developments in the area that attract a highly motivated home buyer. I would suggest that these home buyers are attracted to the rural aspect of this part of the county. It is not for the shopping in the middle of the community. We have Dollar type stores within a reasonable drive. 5.3miles to Glenda Trace. 6.0 miles to Sharpsburg 7.0 miles to Tyrone. 5.7 miles to Peachtree City. If the county is concerned about tax leakage, then I think we would support a move to the Fisher Crossing complex located at Fisher road and 54/34. This is only 4.3 miles from the proposed site. Development infrastructure is already in place. While we do not know the issues surrounding the development area, this is a perfect alternative. Listen to the voice of the community. NO to the proposed Dollar General.

No to a Dollar Tree in our rural area. We have Hall's and that is all we want in our community. 10 min and we already have a Dollar Tree at Thomas Crossroads.
