I don't want my home value to go down and I am also concerned about the increased traffic competing with school buses and bicyclists on an already congested road.

My property value has already gone down $30,000 since Sams came in. Please don't let this happen to a very quite neighbor hood. WE do not need more traffic on Fischer Road........

I am against commercial zoning that close to homes. You only need to look at the Dollar General store in Palmetto to see the eyesore.
