I am AGAINST the rezoning of the properties on Fisher/Raymond Hill. I live on Long Shore Way in Lake Zachary subdivision. This would be a dangerous addition to the intersection and non-conforming to the neighborhood!

Having a Dollar General store --or ANY store -- at this location is unequivically wrong. Having lived in LeParadis Subdivision for 23 years, we have seen the traffic continually increase on Fisher Rd. with folks heading to school/work. The rural conservation of our communities/property values/lifestyles is at risk here. Hall's is a landmark, beloved store that would be ruined to a big chain store with high crime rates. There are already 3 DG stores under 5 mi. from this location....they are UGLY even in a commercial district. DO NOT LET THIS HAPPEN.

I am a resident within the Timbercreek Estates neighborhood along Fischer Road and Hammet Circle. From all the traveling that I have made throughout East Coweta County, I can fully-declare with complete certainty...that There is Absolutely No public demand-for or lack-of any Dollar General stores or any commerically-zoned property along Fischer Road.
We firmly-contest any plans of the County Commissioners to allow for re-zoning of any and all rural conservation areas within East Coweta County. Please, do Not all ow for more stores; they are Not needed.

Moved here to live in more rural area and slowly is being taken away. There is a dollar general within 4 miles already. We are seniors and don't want the traffic and crime that comes with a business district

We do not need another Dollar General in this location. We prefer to support the rural store (Hall's Grocery) Another Dollar General would create too much traffic for our small area. Please preserve our rural community...that is the REASON we moved here! Please use common sense...we have a Dollar General just a few miles from here. Thanks. Dan & Yvonne Harbour

I am completely against the rezoning and wish to keep the area Rural Conservation. I do not want any other commercial property in that area beside what may already be there. There is already too much traffic at that intersection and I do not want the noise and other inherent disruptions that accompany commercial building. There are plenty of places to put commercial buildings closer to 154 or 85. We need to preserve the few rural conservation spaces in this county instead of leveling the foliage and fauna to make way for more asphalt and disruption within the neighborhoods in that area. Thank you.

Putting a business at this location would be extremely hazardous for people driving to and from work and school. There has been numerous accidents around this location with high school students and this could make the problem worse. We do not need a business in this area, for every one's safety.

Too much traffic and a degradation of our community. There is a DG store less than 5 minutes away. If allowed this will result in needless accidents and injuries to our high school kids that drive this route to Northgate. NO to dollar general. Put your next store far away from us we don't want it.
