No Dollar General. There is one at Thomas Crossroad and one in Tyrone. Do not need one!!!!

There is no benefit to opening another Dollar General at this location and driving down the community value.

I moved to this area not to see it become commerical to make big corporations to take over our residential area. Put it next to Rodney Brooks home or neighborhood.

No to the Dollar General at the corner of Fischer and Raymond Hill. There are two within close proximity and this does not belong in this quiet, residential area.

I live on Major Rd down the street from the proposed store. A Dollar General is already in the Thomas Crossroads area, just a little over 5 miles away. This is a shopping area, with the needed road improvements to handle the additional traffic already in place. This store will diminish property values in the area, and as such will diminish property tax revenue as well.

This is a beautiful rural neighborhood that could not possibly benefit from this business.

I oppose the re-zoning of any rural property in this area for commercial use. I have lived on Major Road since 1982. We don't need a Dollar General and all that it brings.

I oppose the re-zoning of this property for any commercial use. There are other commercial options closer to 34, or south to 154, This has nothing to do with the company but everything to do with mixing commercial in a residential area. Halls is a pre-existing business before there were other options in the area and prior to updated zoning policies.
