There isn't a need for that. Traffic is already terrible for high schoolers and the family owned store deserves to stay

As a resident of the Indian Bluff Subdivision, I am asking that you please vote AGAINST rezoning the corner of Fischer Road and Raymond Hill Road. The addition of SAMs club has already increased traffic through our residential area. We frequently have Fuel tankers and Semi Trucks barreling down Fischer Road. Traffic will also increase with the addition of the planned shopping center across from SAMs.

We do NOT need an additional retail location anywhere near or along this road. The large truck traffic already going up and down Fischer road is horrible.

I do not live in that area but I believe 9 Dollar Generals in the county is plenty. There is a Dollar General within a 10 minute drive of anywhere in the county. We do not need to make it 5 minutes from anywhere.

There are 3 similar chains within a 3 mile radius of our neighborhoods.
This will create unnecessary congestion and create a eye sore for our community

This area does not need a commercial property. There are three Dollar Generals within a short drive of this location. If the corner were changed to commercial the traffic would worsen as well as change a residential area into a chaotic commercial zone with increased noise, lights, and traffic. Plus by adding commercial properties to this area it would weaken the commercial area in other locations making both locations struggle to survive.

We moved our family to Coweta county for the beautiful rural feeling that is disappearing quickly in the suburbs of Atlanta. Coming out of Gwinnett county and seeing the issues commercial encroachment created, we would have to strongly consider moving if the number of businesses are growing. Please keep Coweta the beautiful rural residential place that I fell in love with and wanted to raise my family in.

Please do not approve another Dollar General in this area. I am a homeowner in the Beaconsfield Subdivison (15 Race Point Way) and am concerned about my property value decreasing as well as traffic issues that already exist while driving to and from Northgate HS everyday. Please, let's keep this part of Coweta County Rural Conservation. I love Coweta County and never want to leave. I beg you to keep Coweta beautiful and the place that so many of us love and desire, the quintessential small southern town that I'm proud to call home. Do we really need a Dollar General and storage facility on every street corner throughout the whole county? Please, just do not allow this to put Halls Grocery out of business.
