There have been a lot of discrimination aimed against Polish people, and now it's time to say 'no' against it. I have worked for the project supporting community integration which was shut down when the Tories started to rule the UK. Event during the years of open and embracing Labour migration politics Poles in the UK have been mistreated. I have witnessed people with a full recourse to public funds waiting to receive their benefits for 2-3 months and in one case much longer, despite of the Jobcentres having all the access to the interpreters. There is a general lack of knowledge and understanding of Poland and Polish cultural heritage and that has been for a long time driven by discriminating approach at the national and local level. One outstanding example of ongoing prejudice is the word 'economic migrant', so often used in regard to Polish population. I believe that we are and should be looked as individuals, and that we are not different to any other expats which never get to be called with terms suggesting their dependability and low social status. All of us who came here, we have moved exercising our right to the freedom of movement and employment and we all posses the same entitlement that has been given to any nation, the Human Rights which the UK government is obliged to protect.

Polish people is better like"the others" you know what i mean

I work in hospital as qualified staff, I look after all people and don't discriminate them against nation or religion. I do pay tax and NI, childminders fee to be able to start my shift early morning. You, politician, one day will ask me for pain reliefe or my arm to stand up... We are all equal ! Even if I was only one working in my blockoflat, others were taking benefits. And they are not polish.

Wake up UK. Polish peole are not your enemies.we respect u and your culture.we fon't kill ur soldiers on the streen,we don't claim milions of benefits. Mr Cameron show us respect

Jak chcieli ratować gospodarkę to otwierali granice i chętnie nas zapraszali a teraz jak odżyli to chcą nas wyrzucić. Niech spojrzą lepiej na ciapaków, którzy są tutaj dużej niż my i biorą od zawsze benefity. Ale na czarnych się nie rzucą przecież bo o rasizm będą posądzeni.
