Dont turn Frederick county into Loudoun.

We need to act quickly with research and careful planning to get ahead of the explosive growth of data centers and AI use. Allowing proliferation to escalate rapidly without these will destroy the best parts of our environment, countryside and communities.

Please keep out farms and rural communities!

Keep out data centers and any other projects that threaten the rural environment of our county and surrounding areas.

100% against ruining our community more than they already have. These things are detrimental to the environment and offer nothing but added revenue (which isn't worth the environmental factors).

While data centers CAN generate plenty of tax income, agritourism and sustainable farming initiatives will provide more jobs and steady income for the area.

Pristine sections of Frederick County do not need data centers, build it in an industrial zoned area.

Keep our county rural...once gone we can never get it back...ewe need our farmers,and we need to protect our children from the by products if heavy industry. Agritourism is also very important to the livelihood of many of our resident. Keep Frederick County rural!

I am all for conservation of our land. We need our farms and Forrest’s. The way it’s going, we will not be able to celebrate an authentic Shenandoah Apple Blossom. Fruit growers are disappearing I’m Frederick County.

Stephens City has experienced water availability problems over the past two summers. The amount of water required for data center cooling will exacerbate this issue. Even replacing the water with internally recycling alternatives runs the risk of leakage into the water supply, again exacerbating the problem. Note that Stephens City is already receiving an 8% per year increase in water bills. Additionally, the electricity consumed by data centers is extreme. We should not be considering such data centers here. And if we ever do, we should: - deny tax incentives. - require the owners to pay for necessary infrastructure improvements needed. - require the owners to have zero net water usage (i.e. run through, cool, clean, and return to ecosystem), with higher than residential rates for actual water consumed. - guaranteed pollution penalties.

Put data centers in inhabitable places!!
