Preserve what’s left of rural land! Why aren’t these data centers going into Baltimore city and urban areas? Especially ones that have tons of vacant properties?

The Shenandoah River cannot support the water requirements for ANY data center, and the electrical grid in the N. Shenandoah Valley is inadequate for Data Centers. Do you really want to destroy some of the most beautiful land on earth with these ugly, gross behemoths? Find other ways to generate income for the county.

The demands on water and the environment are too great for this initiative. This is not something that residents want. Frederick county does not want to become an extension of northern Virginia. Thank you!

There should be four more Support going back to local businesses, especially once that the owners reside in the same county. Barely anything so much we are struggling. The data centers are going to pull way too much water and electric and then we will all have to pay for those problems.

I get paid more than $100 to $500 per hour for working online. I heard about this job 3 months ago and after joining this I have earned easily $20k from this without having online working skills . Simply give it a shot on the accompanying site... Here is I started.………… Www.JoinSalary.Com

All this building in the Winchester and Frederick county needs to stop. They are building on every piece of dirt they can find.

CONSERVATION is the "key" word for the Local and State government Administration and elected representatives (Legislators) to hear. There is no power or authority given to on-demand HYPERSCALE Industrial Sites, or Utilities in Virginia Land Use. Not at the State (Commonwealth) or Local Government level, period. Hyperscale means NOT IN SCALE, not on BALANCE w/ Agricultural Land Use, and NOT in-scale with the EXISTING Community. Virginia MUST do better, now.

No more Amazon warehouses or data centers near Flying J. It’s a residential area and the interstate and Route 11 already has too much traffic. Environmentally, data centers are a pollution magnet. Poisoning our communities. The light pollution from these centers are detrimental to our land.
