Over development is slowly destroying the character of this area. The proposed development does not belong here, will cause worst traffic and congestion and offers no real advantage to the area.

The over development of Toms River has to end. Instead of leveling trees and taking away the open land, we should be curbing new building as there are countless vacant storefronts already available. Focus on fixing the problem instead of creating new future hardships.

If you start approving varriances such as this you are opening the door to many lawsuits and you will never be able to deny future requests.

Sorry to say but you are fighting a loosing battle because of My Laurel which demands that each municipality construct a certain number of low income housing. Contractors throughout the state have been winning multi-million dollar lawsuits in towns that would not permit such building. The towns, such as Clark, gave in because it was just cheaper than fighting a long drawn out court battle which they probably would lose anyway due to the liberal courts, remember the Abbot case? You want to stop this BS, then stop voting for democrats, oh, that just passed an illegal immigrant DL bill.
