Please do not allow 44 homes to go across from island walk. It’s congested enough here. There is plenty of land in other NOT as populated places to build. Why cram so many people in one spot, there over 2000 people living in island walk. I’m against it.

it is unacceptable to change the zoning rules and regulations for 1 person/developer for personal gain. The people bought their property here because of the zoning rules, their rights are being respected.
