Yet another perk of being bought out by a corporation. I'm not sure why we have to continue to sacrifice the things we work hard for so other people can make more money.

I agree. I also wonder what will become of the profit sharing program. That will probably be the next to go. Like Peter said, moral will take a hit.

This change will seriously impact the moral of Terratherm employees. This is only another of several unpalatable changes since Cascade took over. I find it difficult to get any answers back from Cascade on questions of taxes and benefits.

Complete agreement. Was told 401k was to remain in place through 2016. Essentially Cascade is taking money from us. The strength of Terra Therm has been watered down by Cascade policy.

Should at least stick to the original plan or make up the difference incurred from switching early.
