Please sign to help TerraTherm employees at least keep their current 401K plan in place through the end of 2016. As well as push Cascade Drilling LP. to find a more aggresive 401k program to offer to employees, including a better % match, and more than (1) loan out at a time, since this is our money.

This change will seriously impact the moral of Terratherm employees. This is only another of several unpalatable changes since Cascade took over. I find it difficult to get any answers back from Cascade on questions of taxes and benefits.
Complete agreement. Was told 401k was to remain in place through 2016. Essentially Cascade is taking money from us. The strength of Terra Therm has been watered down by Cascade policy.
In the past we have always been able to trust TerraTherm to follow through on promises made.
Gonna be tough to beat the corporate machine, but hopefully they realize the resource that is TerraTherm.
They should wanna take care of the employees that take care of them

Yet another perk of being bought out by a corporation. I'm not sure why we have to continue to sacrifice the things we work hard for so other people can make more money.

I also agree. The agreement was to keep the benefits through 2016. Furthermore, why are we receiving a lower % match now?
