I moved here to retire. The feel of the area Is pleasant and refreshing not like a congested world of nobody that cares about anything but the money. Don't make a beautiful place into Dallas and ruin our peace and friendly atmosphere .

This zoning change would result in total loss of character and rural feel of this area

This development would fundamentally, negatively, and permanently change the charm and character of Hickory Hill road. This is one of Argyle's most beautiful roadways, and should be developed consistent with the master plan.

I live in the Argyle Town Village subdivision and would be greatly impacted if Hearth Terrace would connect to a larger subdivision(s). Hilltop Elementary already causes problems with traffic flow and we cannot navigate safely during school times. Adding/connecting will only cause more damage in many ways. If you lived here YOU would not be happy if this occurs!!! Please rethink this issue and do the right thing for EXISTING homeowners. There are also drainage problems for many which have not been resolved so do not add to the burdens at the expense of others!

This proposed zoning change is against what Argyle stands for. I am not against welcoming new residents to Argyle as long as the look and feel still feels rural and it continues to feel like the countryside. This proposed change is not consistent with that goal. Thsnks!

The current zoning of SF-2.5 for this section of land was written into the Argyle master plan for a reason. It fits the character and small town feel that Argyle wants to have. Changing it to a higher density will negatively impact the community overall. We understand development is coming to Argyle but it needs to fit into the overall long term plan for the community.

We are also against anything smaller then 2.5 acres. . We have allowed enough smaller homesites in Argyle over the past year, lets try to keep some of it rural!!

Yes.. Please keep it at the current 2.5. Smaller lots should not be allowed there!

We are against any zoning changes that reduce lot sizes below 2.5 acres.
