I oppose any development of less than 2.5 acres on any land located on Hickory Hill Road that has not been previously platted and grandfathered in. Such as the lots located in OT.

This area is not prepared for or able to handle the kind of traffic this subdivision would bring.

If we wanted to live in Keller or Southlake like town, we would have stayed in Keller...this is also a terrible thing to do to AISD. Watched it for years in Keller. Can't build rooftops without building schools first! Southlake used to be just to be small like us...take a drive down there!!

I'm concerned about the additional traffic this new neighborhood will funnel through my neighborhood, Argyle Town Village. We are a small, quiet neighborhood with kids playing and neighbors that gather outside and want to preserve our neighborhood as it is without vehicles passing through.

Please hear us!!! We do not want smaller lot lines and congested developments. The country charm is what we love about our community. The roadways are not equipped to handle the traffic and the schools are already having to react to unreasonably fast growth. It is very disheartening! No re-zoning!!!!! Stay true to the master plan!

This rezoning would overload traffic on Hickory Hill Road and ruin our country atmosphere.

Strongly disagree with this zoning change. Argyle is unique and a highly desired area because of our larger acreage plots. Let's keep Argyle unique and not turn in to the surrounding areas.

Hearth Terrace cannot handle the traffic flow that would necessarily result in opening another subdivision to our neighborhood, particularly one with 120 homes. Argyle Town Village consists of empty nesters and of young homeowners with small children, all of whom enjoy the ability to walk freely and none of whom want an additional neighborhood opening into our streets.

I have been in Argyle for 23 years and everything we have stood for is to be unique and mostly acreage properties. If we keep approving all this high density we will look like just like Denton or Roanoke

Argyle is big enough! a zoning change is not what the people of this community want.
