Not only will that part of town not be able to handle that type of growth but Argyle as a whole cannot handle this. The schools are already seeing double the new admissions rate from previous years. This would not be beneficial to the Town of Argyle.

We moved out here to live in an area with less density and ranch style residences. Please maintain the interior of Argyle as was originally intended by the master plan

All of these homes on small lots are diluting the character of Argyle. Plus, our infrastructure can not handle this growth.

I stand strongly with this petition which accurately points out the purpose behind the 2.5 acre requirement as originally agreed upon in the master plan. The charm of this small rural community is being destroyed everytime a builder plows down large groups of trees and forever changes the beauty of the natural landscape.
