Minimal parking for an unknown amount of customers. Thus far a Pot Dispensary appears that is would be a highly demanding retail store. If in the case there is not enough parking at one time it will invite overflow parking into the street, blocking driveways, or even having uninvited guest parking on neighboring lots. This again poses a safety threat as well and potential neighborhood vs. customer rivalry and discord.  If any way Bogard access could be granted this may very well alleviate the many safety concerns.

Traffic increase could be a potential safety hazard for the residents and largely the school buses and children. The road is a narrow loop which has little room for error.

There are safety issues regarding this proposed site for a Pot Shop: the bldg is VISIBLE from Bogard Rd, but accessed around the back thru a residential neighborhood of over 360 to 400 homes. There is already high residential traffic using Helen Ln. It is already difficult for a school bus to get off Bogard Rd safely. VERY confusing access for patrons which will lead to accidents on Bogard Rd. Helen Lane has 31 residences now, and is a substandard road that floods annually. This Pot Shop needs to be in a commercial location with appropriate access.

The proposed hours of operation are 10 am to 8 pm seven days a week. This is totally unacceptable in a residential neighborhood. This Pot Shop needs to be in a commercial location.

This particular neighborhood in the past has had a VERY bad reputation for drug busts of all sorts. The neighborhood has come along way with all the new construction, clean affordable houses and ALOT of hard work to make this area a desirable, SAFE, and drug fee area for young families with children. As a mother born and raised here in the Valley, I am strongly against a pot shop located in this neighborhood and area. There are PLENTY of other locations they could use.

This is a residential area with hundreds of school aged children. Would you want a store like this by your house?

There is commercial space for rent on the corner of Helen & Bogard. My client declined seeing this property after she learned of the pot shop going in two doors down. She runs a mental health/rehab out-patient clinic. She was not thrilled about helping her clients get sober while drugs were being sold next door. I personally don't think Williwaw is the location for a pot shop. It already has a reputation for being a rough neighborhood riddled with drugs. Why invite more problems.

I love near this on Helen lane, this road floods every spring and an increase in traffic will cause much more issues. The traffic will have to go right Past my home. I have 4 children and we would love to see a family interest business right in our neighborhood that we are trying to be proud of. Let's clean up williwaw!

I live two houses down from the pot shop. I have two babies under the age of two. When we signed the contract for our house no one knew what that shop would be.

NO! This neighborhood is just now starting to be improved new homes and it would be sad to see this. Also there are alot of children I see everyday getting off at the bus stop just yards away from this location! This must NOT happen!

There are too many growing families in this area. It's getting cleaned up, and I don't want that kind of traffic through here!

Please do not allow this establishment to come to fruition. It would be a detriment to the community.

Please do not allow a pot shop on Bogard in the Willawaw neighborhood. This will be detrimental to so many lives and families. Please consider a rehabilitation facility instead.
